Potato

Leek and potato soup, with extra potato served with soya cream and a buttered bread sandwich. Make a big batch in a steam cooker at the weekend and freeze it in butter tubs. That's the ritual, still going strong. I admire anyone who's made it to old age, I don't know how they don't get bored of food and eating as much as we do.

Let me know if you have any veggie soup's that stand the test of time. I might change it up sometime.
