Especially when you’ve just finished a meal, or you’ve just woken up, or you’ve just relieved yourself from bursting for the toilet. There’s no need to be in a hurry for the next thing. Take yourself back to reality, you’re human, with basic human needs. Meet them. Be present in the moment. Communication is our strongest quality, we do it better than any other animal (according to our wikipedia page). Say whatever you want. Lying is a language that’s learnt, either from others or out of necessity. Talk your truth. Don’t do anything you don’t want to do, the alternative is worse.
