How are we supposed to live our lives when we're told driving our petrol and diesel vehicles are harming the planet. Why are we not taking them all off the road and putting cycle paths in their place. I wouldn't want to cycle from Glasgow to Aberdeen now but I would if I wasn't guaranteed to be cycling alongside a HGV carrying rows of live animals. Today a truck driver's job is to deliver pigs cross-country at 60mph to presumably be made into pet food. Is that not the most literal example of hell on earth?

I'm flexible, if half of the population travel by fossil fuels I'll start cycling off peak times and take breaks along the way. Business along the A9 will have far more footfall giving us more opportunities to make money, eat cooked food and drink fresh water. It's a no brainer.
